WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA?

Except for D-TECH, your data may be accessed by other parties in the following circumstances:

Other players and users.

Social features are a central component of our games. Other players and users can, for example, see your profile data in game activities and read messages you send.

Our service providers.

D-TECH has suppliers that help us provide the Service. These vendors process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and performing tasks (e.g., hosting, player support, displaying advertisements, analytics, and fraud prevention) solely on and in accordance with D-TECH’s instructions.

Other companies and public authorities.

To verify payments (with payment providers such as Paypal) and to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may process and share data with other companies and organizations and provide data to public authorities in the event of legal requests.

We may also disclose your data, subject to your consent, to comply with the law or to protect personal rights property or the safety of us, our players or others.

Advertising and Social Media partners.

The Service includes features from our partners, such as social media engagement tools, features available through interface program applications (APIs) or software development kits (SDKs), and in-game advertising. A list of these partners can be found at partner-opt-out. These partners may have access to your data and may use it in accordance with their own privacy policies. To learn more about the data processing practices of these partners, we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

These partners may have access to data about your activities and your device (e.g., your IP address, mobile identifiers, the page(s) you visit, your location, time). These advertising partners may use this data (and similar data collected from other services) to serve you targeted advertising when you visit third-party services within their network. These partners may act in accordance with their own privacy policies. This practice is commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising” or “online behavioral advertising”. If you prefer not to share your personal data with third-party advertising partners, you can follow the instructions in the “Your Rights and Choices” section below.

Our Service is global in nature, so your data may be transferred anywhere in the world. IDENTIFICATION-BLOGGLERS-Cookies-and-Similar-Technologies

Like most online services, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide and personalize the Service, analyze usage, deliver targeted advertising, and prevent fraud. Cookies and similar technologies allow us and our partners to save your preferences and track your activities within the Service. Please note that our partners may act in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Our partners and we collect and store information about users’ interactions with individual websites and applications that use our technologies, including cookies and other tracking technologies. This enables us, for example, to identify the presence of common users or households behind multiple devices or browsers and then link those browsers and devices in a device graph. Through these processes we aim to:

  • Detecting and preventing fraud;
  • Enable users to use the Service on one device and then seamlessly pick up where they left off on another device;
  • Analysis, personalization and attribution;
  • limit the number of times the same ad is shown to the user across all known or predicted devices; and/or
  • Serve personalized ads across devices with data from browser patterns across devices.

For more information (including opt-out options), please visit partner-opt-out. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function properly.

In order for us to provide in-game advertising, we may send your advertising ID and IP address, data from cookies and other similar technologies, as well as other such information to advertisers (or advertising networks). They could then find advertisements that are suitable for you to display in our games and on the off-site resources. You can control and restrict our use of your advertising ID using the settings on your device. DTECH does not control which specific advertisements will be shown in our games (this is controlled by advertising networks), but we block certain categories of advertisements.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

Security Measures.

To ensure a secure player experience, we continually develop and implement administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, improper use or alteration.

Data storage.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the Service. For example, we may periodically de-identify unused game accounts and regularly search for and de-identify non-essential data. If you request that we remove your personal data, please note that we will retain your data for as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to fulfill our local obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

CHILDREN

The protection of children’s online privacy is very important to us. In general, our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or other mandatory age under local law), and the Services do not knowingly collect personal data from children, except as set forth in the following paragraph.

We take additional measures to limit access to the Service based on the player’s age for games that are not designed for, but appeal to, children. For these Services, when the player indicates that they are under the age of 13 (or the applicable age limit where they are located), we will limit their access to certain features, such as social media and chat features, as well as certain notification alerts. We also limit the processing of personal data to only the level necessary to support the internal operations of our Services.

Note that some of our Services may have a higher age limit (e.g. 16) than defined in the two paragraphs above. Our goal is to provide a safe gaming experience for our players and to protect Young Players.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child and wish to review the personal data collected from your child, or to have that information modified or deleted, you may contact us as set forth above. If we become aware that the child has provided us with personal data despite the above requirements, we will delete all personal data collected, except where there is a legal obligation to retain such data, and the child’s account will be terminated and/or converted to a minor-appropriate experience, as appropriate.
